      online ordering

      Our online store requires a minimum order of $50 of product. State sales tax is added to orders shipped to Maine addresses.

      1) To purchase weatherstrip, all customers must create an account on our website. By doing so, we can easily keep track of all customers' orders. Please see our privacy policy below.
      2) All orders will be sent out the same day or next, if ordered from our inventory of select sizes. Please notice our holiday and vacation schedule.

      Custom orders

      1) All custom orders (lengths other than offered), may be ordered by emailing a purchase order to our company at A custom length set-up fee of $75 will apply per series of weatherstrip (for example: If you order #1 Zinc at 96" AND #3C Zinc at 20" , there will be two additional fees of $75 each).
      2) Payment on all custom orders will be invoiced through our site or Paypal and must be paid before the order leaves the shop. Shipping cost will be invoiced separately after the shipment is made.  
      3) Custom orders may take a week or more to prepare.
      4) Bulk orders/lengths over 7 ft may require a custom built crate to ship (additional fee applies), and freight shipping may be needed.  


      Raw and refined metal is a commodity that fluctuates daily. Without notice, our pricing will also fluctuate based on our purchases of coil stock for fabrication, approximately three or four times a year. In a stable economy this changing of pricing will hardly be noticed.


      No merchandise will be accepted for return unless prior approval is obtained. Merchandise must be of resalable size and condition. A 30% charge plus freight will be made for returns. Material which is not of recent sale (60 days), made to special order or non-stock items are not returnable.

      Window Restoration Supply collects your personal information in order to create a faster more efficient order experience for you. We do not and will not share your name, address or email with any other business or individual.


      Open, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm.
      Closed, All major holidays and a vacation during December 23rd thru January 2nd. Oh, and we live in Vacationland and like other manufacturing states, we take a two week break during our very short summer to remember why we live here. We’ll give you plenty of notice, so you can plan your orders before and after our break.


      We process orders the same day or next day and ship UPS Ground, 2-5 business days. Shipping is billed by total weight of product ordered.


      All claims for shortages and/or damage in transit must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective goods shall be replaced, however, no claims for delays, damage incurred or work done thereon will be allowed.


      Payment must be made at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment can also be made through PayPal, simply choose the PayPal option when checking out and you will be guided through the PayPal portal to complete the purchase. For larger quantities requiring freight service and custom orders, please give us a call or contact our sales team.
